Selamat Datang 2011


Sebulan hampir berlalu...baru berkesempatan menjengah blog ini. Bukan tidak ada ruang dan peluang, tetapi keinginan pula berkurangan. Agak kelakar juga kerana baru-baru ini (30 /12/2010 & 18/01/2011) saya telah mengadakan Latihan Pembangunan Staf (LPS) berkaitan pembinaan blog individu dan berkumpulan kepada sebilangan pensyarah di jabatan saya.. Inilah yang dikatakan seperti ketam mengajar anaknya berjalan betul. Mungkin juga kesibukan di awal tahun membataskan waktu untuk terus menulis di blog.

Apa-apa pun diucapkan selamat tahun baru kepada semua pembaca blog ini. Saya mendoakan kalian dirahmati Allah serta memperoleh kebahagiaan dalam apa jua usaha yang anda lakukan. Jika kita menerima ujian dari Allah, terimalah dengan positif kerana setiap ujian yang melanda pasti ada hikmah yang terkandung. Saya sangat positif dengan qada' dan qadar daripada Allah. Kita sebagai manusia hendaklah berusaha untuk mendapakan keredaanNya. Jangan pula kita lupa untuk memanjatkan doa dan kesyukuran kepada Ilahi tidak kira dalam apa jua situasi yang kita alami. (Pesanan untuk diri sendiri juga)

Moga tahun baru ini bakal menjanjikan kejayaan yang lebih bermakna buat kita. Sama-samalah kita mengemblengkan tenaga menuju ke puncak jaya. Jagalah kesihatan dan amalkan gaya hidup sihat dengan pemakanan yang seimbang. Rehat yang mencukupi juga amat penting bagi memastikan kita sentiasa cergas dan segar. Kurangkan stress dengan berfikiran positif walaupun banyak tekanan yang kita hadapi. Moga kesejahteraan menjadi milik kita selama-lamanya.

Jom minum jus lobak (Carrots juice)



Carrots are one of the most healing foods, providing the finest and highest quality nutrients, especially in juice form. Carrots are an excellent source of pro-vitamin A in the form of carotene, along with vitamins C, D, E, K, B1 and B6.
